Fisher Planning was chosen to assist the applicant to overcome the many challenges set by the local Council Planning Department. Fisher Planning assisted with the information required to enable approval of the application for Planning Permit. The work included a complete assessment of the Ararat Planning Scheme including an extensive Clause 56 assessment. Other related issues included drainage, traffic and native vegetation.
