Fisher Planning can offer an impartial, independent mediation service or can provide mediation on behalf of residents, businesses or community groups when it comes to disputes of Planning or development applications in relation to planning, development and land management matters.
 
The aim of mediation is to settle disputes without costly and lengthy court proceedings.  A mediation result may result in a signed agreement, a partial agreement (variation of conditions), or no agreement at all where further action may be required.
 
A pre-mediation meeting may be arranged to determine details of dispute and to prepare for the mediation session.
